    ok since GDJMSP gave those price ranges then I know which KM# it is. it is:
    Bolivia, KM#26, 8 reales, 1677P E, weight- 27.0703 or .8103 , .931 silver
    Ruler: Charles II , Obv. Legend CAROLVS II D. G. HISPANIA
    grade/value
    G-$100.00 VG-$200.00 F-$300.00 VF-$420.00

    Well, as usual, values listed in Krause are so far off base as to be harmful rather than helpful.

    That example I posted a picture of, it sold for about $190 and it's in 10 times better shape than the OP's coin. And, it is not corroded like the OP's coin is. Assuming that is salt water corrosion on it and not casting marks.

    you are right of course. Krause values will differ from real market values. at least he has the KM# we both were wanting to know.
