    Your statement above will make more than one collector shudder ;) Putting coins in jewelry is generaly considered damaging them.

    I can get....ummm...I'll be nice and call them "replicas" of many of your coins quite easily as they are all over the streets of NYC in china town ;)

    Well, the typical "replicas" usually have mismatch date and mint origin inscriptions like this other user showed on another post: http://www.cointalk.org/thread10376-chinese-coins-identification-and-value.html

    The date and era and mint origin on these Qing coins at least match and don't present any flaw in the inscriptions. It could be some very good replicas though.
