Mr. Shaver presented Governor Henry with the signed line drawing of the quarter that was used as the engraver&#039;s model. The governor was also presented with the first two Oklahoma quarters minted.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>It was all very patriotic with the National Anthem being played, then the Pledge of Allegiance being recited. A Junior High School band played the song &quot;Oklahoma&quot; and, of course, the U.S. Mint&#039;s mascot, Peter the Eagle was in attendance.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I bought a couple rolls of quarters along with a set of P &amp; D mint quarters in a special presentation holder. All in all, a very exciting afternoon.
