Ok time out All.....we need to chill out & respect one another!

I agree with @Paddy54 which is why I'm taking the liberty to leave this forum (except for the competitions)... I'm getting tired of the trolls here... Yes, every now and again I post something stupid without thinking, but nobody deserves the lash back that I received from a few of the members ESPECIALLY the long-time members. I'm talking mostly about Cpm9ball, but a few of the others out there know who they are and where they stand. I'm getting tired of the bullying on this forum and the mods not doing jack-squat about it... obviously, them telling us to chill out isn't doing enough. The ban hammer needs to start being enforced much more so than it is currently... Some of the long-time members are getting free passes (when breaking the rules) just because they've been here longer than anybody else. Well, I don't think that is okay. If this forum can't be handled better then I see no reason to stay. Now, you bullies out there need to straighten your act up... I've seen many threads on other websites who trash on CT because of you guys... You sit there on your butts and don't even positively contribute to CT... A lot of you (since I've joined) haven't posted anything helpful, only hurtful. Guys straighten up your act (and I will too) and lets keep this forum a happy and safe place that people can ask questions without feeling tense and intimidated!

This forum is handled properly. That's why it's so popular. You can't see it because you are being so negative. Ignore those you don't like and enjoy all the good this site has to offer.

 

1st of all, what I posted isn't at all false info... it's all true and although you may not see it, it does happen. Second of all, I believe what I believe, if I think this site isn't being handled well, I'm entitled to my opinion, anyways that was my view on things and if you disagree you're entitled to your own opinion as am I

 

Glad some posted a thread like this. I agree, CT should be about our love of collecting. I am really sorry if some members stop posting because of responses they receive. We are all here to learn, and all have different levels of knowledge, and should enjoy sharing their knowledge with others.

 

Just for clarity though, you posted on this same forum yesterday inviting everyone to YOUR new coin forum. Just saying this could have a bearing on your opinion. Just thought everyone reading this should be aware of this background fact.

Is CT perfect? No, no message board can be perfect for everyone. However, I believe it attempts to allow people to speak more freely than most such boards while being family friendly. That is no small feat. You should strive for your own forum to be as fair.

I know... This is my reason for posting this... I stated that you guys aren't the only ones who are doing this stuff. I've made my mistakes as well and we all need to straighten up our act... we work better as a team and let's work as one
