    Second set of photos is more revealing.

    Good wheel, some chatter, good strike... MS63.

    My Morgan photos are always worse than the coin in hand. WTIM, maybe this one gets 64 from the TPGs.

    I'm trying to decide if I see any wear on the coin but I think not and I agree with you. I can't see it as a 64...too much chatter. But I've been wrong about that before. Sometimes those are very subtle marks on the cheeks that in the hand are almost invisible.
