Guys, guys! I found these two while metal detecting out in the yard. Not sure about the first one but the bottom one really looks to me like a 1982 slanted small D with doubled ear lobe PPY-1uv variety!!! You all I agree?!? Because OMG how cool would that be!!!!

That first one is just a worthless subway token, but you're in luck - I happen to collect those! Just send it to me. :)

The first should be sent to the melting pot, the the second one is a stunner and should be sent for grading. That looks like an easy MS67.

I'm sorry for you @Suarez but the first one shows a PMD (big damage in front of the guy's (whoever it is) throat on the obverse. That lowers dramatically its otherwise low value

As for the second one, it's a very rare and valuable variant, but the pitting is something I don't like either. My guess is a kid stealing it from their father's collection to buy some sweets : devastating

I hate it when you do that. Now I have to go through all my pennies looking for the Freckled Face varieties.

Actually, the first coin looks like the one I lost while walking my dog thru your yard. I can comeby later to pick it up:)
