Does anyone use BCW slab like coin holders with the white foam inserts? If so, do you know what they are made of, and are they safe for long term coin storage? Thanks!
I'm wondering that myself. I know Airtites-brand coin capsules' red, black or white foam rings are composed of an inert foam material called "Volara." I wonder if BCW and others use the same thing?
Ah, thanks! BCW makes their inserts out of polystyrene, also inert (according to them). I wonder what @BadThad thinks of the inertness of polystyrene in regards to coins?
