I have been keeping these notes for a long time. Since about the time I got into Gold back in 2005. I have 87 total which all seemed neat enough for me to keep at the time. I hadnt realized I had nesr that many until I saw this thread. They are all $1 so they were cheap to keep and they were all found in circulation and most show it to a degree anyway. I kind of had forgotten about them as currency is not really my thing but I keep the radars and binarys. I keep looking for a solid or mismatch serial but no luck yet. "Almost" a few times though. I will post some more of the 87 later. Maybe we can keep this thread alive.

 

Nice ones Gold C. the 00000096 is a fancy serial as it is a low number (under 100).
And the one with all 1's and 0's is also good.
I like the others too.

 

Thanks. The only problem with them is they are circulated but when you find them in circulation I guess thats to be expected. Still it is quite fun to check.. who knows maybe 1 day one of us will find a solid.

you should still get at least $3 for near-solid $1s and probably $15-20 for the $10.

 

7 like digits is still considered good.

 

I sold one with only 5 like digits for $3 so 7 should be a jackpot!

 

Would you consider this an almost or a keeper... Got this in the cash from my store today. Crisp, no creases just trifold folds. And then marker at the top is keeping me from putting this in my wallet to bring home

 

Just curious as well... Does anyone on here have an ongoing thread for chop marks? I always see different interesting chopmarks on bills as I go through them. Had a few today

Made a withdrawal and saw that the bills were fresh. Grade 69+ easy.
And I figured they were all sequential, (9 were) so I thought I might have a shot at a serial number. DENIED. It's just a photo of $500. Sorry.
