@Drawde , I believe when you attach files (add photos) you have the option of making it full size or a thumbnail. Just choose full size.

This note is ALMOST an error note. The third print is slightly lower than it is supposed to be....and it’s a star.

Almost and error? How much lower does it have to be to be considered an error? serious question because from what I see the printing is overlapping

you upload the photo and then when it ask's thumbnail of full you pick full. I've never uploaded from a scanner before but I would assume when you post it still gives you that option.

On that one, I think it needs to overlap a little more, and the serial should be shifted down a little more. It's very very close. But just not there.
Steve will tell you what the tolerance is for that.

After you upload the image, you'll see buttons below your text box for "thumbnail" and "full image". Click the "full image" button to have the photo display in your post.

It shouldn't make any difference whether the image comes from a camera or a scanner.

Edit: sorry, I made the rookie mistake of replying without realizing that I wasn't on the last page of the thread.

Hey all I want to share my biggest ALMOST as of yet. It's a 1993 ALMOST solid that I came across at work tonight. The condition could be better and i'm very surprised that it has survived this long in the wild without someone noticing it. It ALMOST makes me think that a former owner let it go back to circulation  almostsolid.jpg

    Nice $10’s @Clarenze Cruz .

I believe these high serial numbered $10’s were sold in matching district sets directly to collectors from the Money Store (BEP).

Cool Star note huh, and it’s a Birthdate note.
So what’s it doing on this “Almost” thread ?
Well, Wednesday was my birthday 07/04/1952...I almost had a birthday note. I’m still looking.

Here is a few "almost's" I found this week. I usually just look at coins, now I'm spending way to much time looking at serial numbers!

    Nice. I like the 6 zeroes star and the 1 2 3 4 5.
Honorable mention to the 6 5's at the end.
