Off-center struck quarter.

    Can some members give me a value on this error coin? Or just your estimate or guess on this 1999 NJ state quarter.
    It has an off-center strike of approximately 15%. I measured 4mm on the blank edge.

    Nice off-center. I would say around $50, according to recent ebay sales of similar raw off-centers.
