My only similar find was a plaster bust of Lincoln made by Victor David Brenner. I haven&#039;t been able to find out much about it yet, but the profile is very similar to the Lincoln cent. It&#039;s been suggested that it may have been an early study piece for the eventual final design, but I haven&#039;t been able to determine if that is correct or not and have found no evidence to support that theory.
