I went to my locale deal yesterday to pick up a roll of ASE,i always go through there generics because i have found ASE,prospectors..ect throwen in there and of course will buy them. Yesterday there was a Gold painted silver round in there marked 1933? It was a repreduction i am sure never seen one like that. Are these rare? Why paint silver golden color? Ive got a 1999 ASE that is painted and that is fine as it is red, white&blue but gold??

As you said, it is a reproduction. It has no numismatic value above the silver in it.
