That is strange. But then they also offer free shipping when you buy through their Ebay store vs buying through their own website. Even though the coin prices are the same. Don't understand that either.
Ya it's weird how they are often cheaper on Ebay or with free shipping considering they have to pay fees on eBay.
I'm pretty sure the non-graded one comes with the original packaging from whatever (Aussie?) Mint. Also, there's the entire possibility that the NGC one is out of stock. Did you click "Read More" on both listings rather than posting here? Did you try contacting the seller to ask, rather than asking a group of third parties to any potential transaction?
