Well I don't know much about grading bills but their website shows their scale What you have is not on their scale as they always have a number associated with it. It may be a much earlier grading from their past history but Im not sure. https://www.pmgnotes.com/paper-money-grading/grading-scale/
I’m pretty sure PMG has done this in the past for mass merchandisers like HSN or QVC. The series and numerical grade are non specific. The graders check for folds and authenticity, and then a generic label is made for all of them. I will check with Jennifer at PMG and let you know for sure.
I havent personally seen notes graded like this but i dont watch to much HSN or QVC either...LOL, i would have to say from a collector stand point these wouldnt Be that desirable, for the simple reason there is no number attached or assigned Grade level, so iam eager to see what they say about these ??
I heard back from Jennifer at PMG, and she wrote; Hi Steve, After doing some checking, it looks like this was part of a special bulk program we did for certain dealers back in 2013. It is not something we are currently doing. If you would like to send the note in for a regular grade, you can do that and we can assign it a regular number grade and a regular label. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thank you. Jennifer Fuls
