Yes, The Big Texan Steakhouse is in Amarillo. If you eat the whole 72 ounce steak in one sitting in one hour it’s free. I’ve never tried it, lol.

They cook it to your preference. You have to pre-pay the cost of the meal ($72). If you complete the challenge, you are refunded the $72, get a t-shirt, and are entered in their Hall if Fame, lol. BTW, the whole meal consists of the 72 oz steak, side salad, baked potato, roll, and shrimp cocktail. All must be eaten in one hour without leaving your table and no one else can touch your food.
