Odd 1960 D large date LMC

I think it's a filled die since the reverse looks ok but the lines/marks behind the shoulder look strange. I supposed they could be from debris on the die as well, but it gives me enough reason to pause.

So I'm going with filled die, but wouldn't be upset if it turns out to be some sort of old buffing PMD.
