Here is an old holder by Whitman. Sometimes these are mistaken as Capital Plastics holders. The screw posts are aluminum and are 3/16" vs the Capital 1/4" and the Whitman "W" logo, inside a circle, is heat stamped on the top right hand edge of the assembled holder..
Very nice! Look at the labeling of the shell case cents 1944 P, D, S and 1945 P, S, D that is different. I never knew or heard of Whitman making these type of plastic holders.
