Contrary to that, I returned a coin that I purchased from a seller in Delaware last Friday—just 4 days ago. Surprisingly, the seller received it yesterday—in 3 days—and promptly returned my payment via PayPal.</p><p><br /></p><p>The USPS is a mess. The two private concerns do a lot better job, and should be given carte blanche to compete for your business.
