However in my opinion they are still scamming a lot of folks by trumping up the value of an MS70 silver eagle (graded by the 2nd tier grader ANACS)&nbsp; and selling them for over $100 when the silver value is about $38 (as of today)</p><p><br /></p><p>So if you can convince someone that it&#039;s worth $60 extra bucks or more, just because it is in &quot;perfect condition&quot;&nbsp; then good job... you are a successful scammer!
