LOL! Booker T and the MG's wouldn't exactly be my first choice for a backup group for a song such as this..........Too bad 'The Band' wasn't backin' up Neil.

You should have seen the Clancy Brothers
trying to sing a Dylan song . It looked like they
were running out of building when they were done.

That bloke is flipping mad. LOL

    The Georgia Numismatic Association reported
that 55 YNs attended the YN programs at the
49th show April 19-21. The program manager
called it a record. See NN May 28, 2013 pg26

Doesn't sound like coin collecting is dying in Joja. :D

Sometimes, when a collectable becomes less common in daily life, the nostalgia for it might at first increase, and then as its memory fades, it slowly becomes less popular.

but it is too. If nobody remembers a collectable, then it doesn't have an nostalgia

If anything, numismatics is the only hobby that won't die. So long as we have non-electronic money, people will collect it. It's one of the few collectable items that has to be produced. Stamps, for example, could be said to be in danger because of the ease of electronic communication and the failings of the USPS, not to mention the simplicity of print at home postage.

I was at the ANA summer seminar as a YN..

There was ~25 other YNs there who are very passionate about numismatics.

I also went to the ONA convention, and learned of a coin club that has 150 (!) kids from the ages of 5-10 who collect coins...

    It sure is dying out...

    NOT!

I went with a camera that is finicky...

The only pictures that didn't corrupt are from the mine tour.
