I sold the house, and made quite a bit of money. I knew the real estate market, and I knew I was getting a killer deal. Am I supposed to feel bad? They got what they wanted, I got what I wanted. The point is they could have sold it for as much as I did, but they didn't because they didn't know what they were doing.
