Notice of a limited number of March of Dimes Silver Sets available tomorrow

    Just got this email from the Mint:

    We want you to know that limited quantities of this product will be available tomorrow (5/28/15), between 7:00 and 7:30 am (ET).

    What I want to know is how this affects my Backorder. Shouldn't they fill backorders before selling these on the site?

    Well I just got off the phone with Mint customer service and they said those "available" tomorrow will also be backorders. So it is really more backorder slots being made available.

    The "limited number" turned out to be 200 sets and were gone in less than 2 minutes. They did say another "limited number" will be available again at a future date.

    The last two sets on ebay sold for $110 and $117 respectively. I would love to sell one of my sets for about $150

    Must have been re-cycled return sets. Same sort of thing happened with the Hall of Fame dollars last December.
