    Right.. I can see that. I almost thought maybe hammered between some. But now I can see.. More like in a vice between 2 coins.. Squeezeed.. Thanks vintagmintage

    I appreciate you guys clarifying for me. I've been picking through and keeping all the questionable change that passes through my hands. All the while keeping an eye out for the famous of course. It's medicating to me in a sense and I enjoy it. It's been going on for 8 yrs now. I'm addicted. I have my favorites as like the rest of collectors do. I have a 2 damaged Washington quarters that I believe are not caused by the person with extra time on their hands. I hate to intrude the coin talk with any what might seem to be silly Questions. I have pretty decent pics of the 2. Trust me, I've tried to find answers without bothering anyone on these.
