Not One, Not Two, But Three Off Center Strikes

    What I like is the three are dated 1999, 2000 and 2001. I should look to find more dates in a how to add to these, all from Philadelphia of course. :)

    I'm the thinking the 1999 could be an Uncentered Broadstruck Cent ;)

    And maybe the other 2 also.
