I would not toss them, how much space could they take up? Older notes like these were often hand signed with cheap paper being used so the ink bleeding through on them may be a clue as to their authenticity. If they are fakes they are still interesting novelty items.
If you don't have the experience to give a definitive answer, why answer at all? The notes look genuine to me and my 35 years of collecting paper money.
They look genuine to me as well and I collect old paper money. I'm only looking at a photo on my cell but I do not see anything that sticks out as a fake to me. I see standard low grade paper, stains, poor cuts and a number of other things.
Oh good heavens. This is quite confusing now ... I am inclined to lean towards the actual collectors opinion.
