i don't think they snap up many offerings on here. most on here would rather brag and chat with each other instead.

I prefer spending my stupid weekends with my wife and kids after a long work week... But I guess that makes me stupid...

This thread really took a hard left turn off topic. Not sure what the motive is, but obviously laziness has nothing to do with having a healthy social life on weekends. Especially if it's spending time with your children and family. I would agree that "partying" too much can lead to being irresponsible if the person cannot control themselves. However I don't see a problem with someone just having fun and enjoying themselves if it doesn't hurt anyone (including themselves).

I think it's important for a business person to adapt if something doesn't work. If people are not buying coins on the weekend, then the seller should look for a better time to post their coins.

 

There's no such thing as a stupid weekend. Weekends are meant for relaxing and recharging of one self.

And attempting to steer this topic back where it started, learning from the lack of a sale (in this case a half dollar that was listed on ebay for half a year) should prompt the seller to take a look at all the details of the listing to see if they are missing something. This includes comparing the pictures of the listing to the coin in-hand, the description of the coin, price, and all the other factors that are present in an ebay or other for sale listing.

 

This sure beats any K-Mart thread.

Yes...this is what we are doing on our weekends instead of looking at your coins for sale on the forum.

Actually...I am quite a busy person on the weekend. For example...next Saturday I will be spending my entire day at a business conference. On Sunday, I have church and then a ton of house work to get ready for the week. I'd love to spend all my time on the forum waiting on baited breath for you to post something for sale...but you see, I have a real life that comes first.

The really funny thing is...this has been my laziest weekend in as long as I can remember and I spent a good portion of it on CT!

 

I'm not sure why some seem to think things like this...it's the second comment of this time I have seen today. I believe that CT is quite well run...but this comment makes me wonder if you disagree with that.

 

Thats because you post for sale after coming in and asking what it is and whats its worth then post is for sale is usually low dreck

 

then why are you not in prision? just so you know all of those drugs that you and many of the others on here brag about, they are not legal.
