Could be, but the mullet man portrait looks really good. Maybe the lettering is just a bit off from an intern celator or something
Go to voins https://www.vcoins.com/en/coins/ancient-2.aspx and search on CONS* EXERCITVS You will get hit on 800 similar coins. The obverse legend seems to end AVG for an emperor as Augustus (as opposed to as Caesar). Here is one from that search that might be like it: https://www.vcoins.com/en/stores/nu...tvs__trier_15_mm__175_gr/1172991/Default.aspx
I don't think so. Many of these one-standard types look barbarous, but that was just the limited skills of the celator. (Sure, it's easy for me to criticize, but could I carve a die like that? I don't think so.) The coin is most likely Constantius II, minted after the death of Constantine I. The mint mark is off the flan, so pinning down the mint would be very difficult. You'd have to guess based on style. I can't help you there.
Other folks have nailed it - probably Constantius II - and these coins are as common as grains of sand on a beach, that's how many were issued.
