No eBay protection?

i would scroll through your pay pal history, then go through them, this happened with a guy i bought a nickel from, first it took me 3 days to pay him, (wrong email addy on his end for pp) then finnaly paid him, i had to wait 6 days, then coin comes all hazy and fuzzy (proof69dcam) severely deteriorating con, got a refund, but what a bother...it is frustrating now, since you cannot get through to anyone due to this virus mess
