Nice tags! I used them at one point but mine were never nice and colorful. I started out with carboard flips, then moved to SAFLIPs with printed tags and finally to envelopes with handwritten details and so far I much prefer the envelopes to either of the previous methods. I like to handle my coins and the envelopes encourage that much more than the SAFLIPs did in my opinion. Especially for larger coins like Republican asses and semisses the envelopes hold up much better as well. I don't have "red_spork" collection written on them or anything but you'll know a coin was mine if you see it because the back flap of the envelope will have something to the effect of JMR160021 written on it which is my internal code scheme for matching exact coins to database instances. JM=my initials, R=the category(R->Republican, I->Republican Imitative, RP->Republic provincial, etc.) 16 for the year I purchased it(2016), 0021 for it being the 21st coin of the category I purchased that year. All of the important information as far as attribution, variants, weight, all known provenance, etc. is right there on the envelope, but I also have a spreadsheet made with Google Docs that has even more info in it. I've screenshotted a row below as an example:

And one of the envelopes in question:
