Why is getting the additional photos necessary to assist the very person asking for help akin to pulling teeth around here?

You can barely tell it's a photo from the only pics available. It may be a grease filled or Capped die. Photos of both sides are necessary in this case to assist the OP. That's all I was asking orcwas that too much to ask for?
