    Is this Buff a "raised ground" variety?

    And I don't know what I was thinking about this Jeff when I pulled it aside, does anyone think much about it? FS?

    The Jefferson nickel picture is too blurred to tell. Better pictures will help.

    I checked to see if it were FS, but it's not. I think I set it aside because it's a higher grade that the vast majority of nickels I looked over.
    Any idea on grade?

    Those coins are nice but I doubt the cost of professional Grading will be worth the investment

    It looks like that one might not be full steps. I think if it was graded it would come back UNC Details: PVC Residue or Environmental Damage. Both NGC and PCGS have conservation services, but I am not sure how much each one costs.

    I don't personally think enough of the steps are there to count as FS.
