Nickel roll hunting for the first time

    In addition to key dates, I'd pull out any AU/BU specimens with full steps. There are numerous common date Jefferson's that are rare with full steps.

    Thank You, that's the first I've heard of the Henning variety. I have around 150 rolls of nickels from over the years saved by my wife, I traveled a lot and used to throw all my change in my suitcase and I have only looked at around 20 rolls, now I'll have to look again.

    The full steps have to be MS not AU. And it has to be before
    they redesigned the dies.
