They will hold the funds for up to 21 days before he can even get to them. I only have 36 feedback on ebay, with only a couple from selling, I wasn&#039;t able to get ahold of my 10 bucks until three days after the item was delivered, which would be PLENTY of time for somebody to open a complaint and start a chargeback on paypal. Now all that you guys are doing is getting somebody&#039;s hopes up. I know if I would be kind of upset if I was trying to sell something I didn&#039;t know much/anything about, I was bid up to some insane amount, and then nobody paid. Also there are probably people that would legitimately want a 3&quot; copy of this coin for whatever reason.
