As long as there are NO BIDS, such as a Buy it Now Listing (which do in fact have ending dates), a seller can change a listing to include a Best Offer.</p><p><br /></p><p>No rules were broken and no policies were evaded as the coin sold through eBay with an accepted Best Offer and it was paid for through PayPal. YOU seem to be stuck on whether or not eBay got their final value fee&#039;s and whether or not PayPal got their fee&#039;s.
