Nice 71 Jefferson nickel find

    wanted to get some opinions. I have been going through some P and D uncirculated sets from 1971. I found a P full step nickel. Just found a D but in this one not only is it FS but there are steps on both sides of the monument that are very clear. Is this part of the design or did I find something?

    I believe it is part of the design.. the facade does have steps on the sides

    Nah.. I did a google search for the largest image available showing the front on the Monticello Building to see it in great detail and this one came up.
