ok, I'll be a little more serious. first, grats, to the dirty, worthless Pens. That said... Officiating. It was simply Bizarre. I don't think they were calling it for either team specifically, but they were calling it weirdly. When the same penalty happens repeatedly all game, and is suddenly (and quite randomly-seemingly) called in the 3rd? That's just odd. Maid Marian - You know how superstitious hockey players/fans are. Hossa might have trouble finding a home next year. I don't expect him to be a Wing next year. The Red Wings have proven in the past that they pay for playoff performers, and Hossa was anything but that this season. I think they'll use that cap money to bring up some of their own such as Helm, Ericsson, and possibly Abdelkader. I may be a bit biased, because I think Helm is AWESOME. Game 7 - The Wings dogged it the first two periods, there's no getting around it. They just didn't look like the team who wanted to, or deserved to win. Congrats again to the dirty, disgusting Penguins. (Just kidding, I actually moved here to Michigan from Pittsburgh a few years ago, so I like both teams in general, as long as Pittsburgh isn't playing Detroit :) )
