If you want one checked to see if it is an error, you need to check error on the submission sheet and MAKE A NOTE either in the comments section under your listings or on a separate piece of paper asking them to check that coin for an error designation. If they feel it's an error, it will be listed on the label and what the error is. It will cost you a little more for them to do the error also.

All your stuff can go in the same box but you might put each invoice coins in a ziplock and write the invoice number on it with a sharpie so they know which paperwork it goes with to make it easier for them to match them up.

Also note: When you fill out all the invoices, if you do it online using the PDF form, it will automatically add shipping to each invoice. Even if you do it by hand, unless you SPECIFY on a separate piece of paper and/or on each invoice that you want them shipped back all at the same time, they will ship each invoice as it is finished and you will incur a lot of return shipping fees. I always put special instructions on a separate piece of paper so they don't miss anything. As the coins go into the final stage of grading, they will hold them all until they are all done and ship one nice package back to you. And, of course, you can't see the grades until they are shipped so it gets frustrating knowing some are done and ready but you can't see what you got. Hope you come out good on all your submissions!!![/QUOTE]
