I just received back two submissions from NGC this week. The majority of the slabs are con-flex or they have a bulge. They don't sit flat on the outside rim they wobble. What's up with that NGC? Has anyone else seen this lately? Is this acceptable or do I send them back?
I think you are saying they don't sit flat on a flat surface? Never seen this before, but that would drive me CRAZY. I would contact support and ask for reholders for "mechanical error" or however they categorize this.
Definitely sounds like something is awry. I have done multiple NGC submissions and have never encountered that issue. I'd contact them for sure.
