Within ten (10) days of this Order, Defendant shall deliver up to NGC, or its designated agent, to be held in custody during the pendency of the proceeding, (1) all coins, and any advertisements in his possession or under his control bearing any of the NGC Marks, (2) any simulation, reproduction, counterfeit, copy or colorable imitation thereof, and (3) all coins held at any point for purposes of substitution with the coins in packaging bearing any of the NGC Marks. Provenance NGC LLC v. Albright, 23-CV-00406 (VM), 5 (S.D.N.Y. Jan. 31, 2023) " Seems kinda hard to sell any more NGC coins when all coins bearing any NGC Marks had to be turned over. I'm still curious about what happened to all his sales history on ebay. Under 3c pretty much everything he ever did on ebay was required to be turned over to NGC. I can't even find what @Jack D. Young posted, so a direct link to that would be helpful. Perhaps ebay decided to hide it all from the public since it's so embarrassing.
