I have been trying (for a while) to add coins into a registry. However, every time i attempt to submit, it notes that these coins are already submitted in a set of this type. So, does someone else have my coins in their set, and how do I fix this.

Next, I recently bought a coin, and have tried to put this in the same set. It specifically states that I do not own the coin and it will contact the owner and so on.

Do I have to contact NGC to fix these problems, or just wait for a week or two?

If some one else has them listed, NGC automatically contacts the other lister to confirm he no longer has the coin. It sounds like you have them in a set.

I do not have them in a set yet, but ngc seems to think I do for some reason. I am a new member to ngc registry, so I haven't used it or put items in a set before.

If when you go to your "control panel", you have no sets listed, you need to talk to NGC.
