NGC Proof-Like Designation: Would this 1977-D Ike Dollar Have a Chance?

    I would like to think it has a chance, but I have never seen a PL modern in person to judge what constitutes the grade.
    Nor, can I find any photos.
    In fact it looks as if only 5 have been graded as such.
    If it were me I would send it in.
