NGC probably about to shut it down after today.

This one spooked me today, got a “Delivered/Left With Individual” update on my cell on an expensive package with Signature Confirmation and went flying down the hill like a madman to the lockbox to make sure the reason above was why. (It was.)

While I understand the reasoning, it is good to know for awareness that Sig Conf. is essentially First Class with Tracking at the moment for both buyers and sellers in terms of liability, insurance, etc. if something were to go missing.

Even if true, they were shut down two weeks ago and operating on a limited basis is much different then public releases saying the shutdown doesn't apply to you.

Also PCGS is in Orange county not LA county
