So let me help you out. 1 - I think the TPGs are without a doubt the best thing that ever happened to this hobby. 2 - prior to 2004, (which is when I think they changed their standards) I think the TPGs  correctly graded at least 85%, maybe more, of every coin they ever graded. I personally used to agree with almost all of the TPG assigned grades. 3 - I believe that probably 95% of the collectors and dealers DO NOT know how to grade coins correctly.[/QUOTE]
