    It may be an NGC branded slab and label, but it is not graded or certified.

    I don't see the harm other reproduction have been slabbed see for example (https://www.davidlawrence.com/rare-coin/2175348)

    The E-bay slabs in question state "private Issue" and "struck in 2018". NGC is not misleading anyone if People want to spend the money to get these in slab that fine by me. Now if they were to slab a restrike or reproduction without labelling it is such I would have an Issue

    ETA: The title of the Ebay listing is miss leading but that is on the Seller not NGC
