Has anyone ever seen this? Just wondering if it's a custom label, or something else. I couldn't find it on their labels page: https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-grading/labels/ I bought this yesterday because of the unique label (not in hand yet). And I don't really collect many modern commemoratives, but I like the design. There was a Thomas Edison commem with the same label as well.
Couldn't tell you, but that's super neat! I know sometimes some companies will have exclusive labels. I think paradisemint had a green holder with a bamboo design on it for Chinese pandas.
Usually those are dealer exclusive labels. Rick Tomaska for example has special labels for Franklin Half Dollars (like the example below from his website).
