I read some on it and got to thinking I seen one of these somewhere in my junk.. This + and star seems to be somewhat of my disliking because it just reminds of a deal I was buying a house for my daughter or help her buy it. THE APPRISAL was 120 thousand so when I went to the bank to finalize. the banker ask me if met the appraisal I said no way.. He said that the appraisal was the high end. I said whaaaaaaaaat high end there is no high end it appraisal it is what it. he said there is now on appraisal.... wasted 500.00 on it well 485.00 to be exact.. LIFE IS GREAT THOUGH
The banker said the Appraisal for the house was appraised at 120.00..thou. So I took it as is its worth that. So when I closed the banker said did you give him the appraised value I said no. He then told me that it was on the high end appraisal anyways.. I didn't know there was a high and medium or whatever.. so I wonder what the low end appraisal was.. took year and a half but got for 75.00 thou.so I guess that's why he said that. I don't know small town 2,888 pop, lived here all my life I had home court advantage.. knew all contractors.. I know he made money and thats good cause I know what he gave for it....
