Sound great, but who wants to live in Florida? With sea levels rising, hurricanes up the ying yang, pythons, mosquito born viruses, and large sea gulls and very large pelicans that want to poop on you, I thing I'll stay where I am. Some lucky person will score big I'm sure. I'm talking about the pelicans.
