Don't know Lincolns, but the Morgan will probably grade MS 60, or even possibly AU 58. Looks like a tiny bit of rub in the hair to me from that picture.
Morgan definitely NOT proof like from those pictures. It will grade anywhere from AU 58 to a max of MS 62. It is clearly a slider.
Does not have that much reflectivity from the photographs. That's why. I have seen thousands of Morgans, and would be surprised if it were PL. Those have a requisite requirement of deep reflectivity. That is not shown in the photographs.
