Newfoundland 1885 10 Cent – Key Date Coin!

I’m sure that one of our Canadian experts can explain why this is. Heritage has sold three 1885 in EF & one in VG. (They also sold an MS65 for $8k). I’m thinking this one is maybe a VF35.
