What I see obv - are a great many tiny little hits all over the coin. Looking at the edges of the leaves, the cross and the legends the frost is worn off in several places. And if you look close enough, you will see tiny raised bumps on the date and some of the devices, probably due to be struck with a rusty die. On the reverse it is worse. A rim ding at 8:30, raised bumps, hits and frost breaks all over the place on the legends, some of the stars have hits and frost breaks, the 5 has the worst hits of all, and the fields are literally cover with hits and hairlines.
I think I found the coin on Heritage, and I see what you're talking about (except the edge bump). Still don't look like a 61 to me, but then again, I've not seen the coin in-hand either.
p.s. looking at the prices of these coins in 61, I think I'm going to have to do a bit of saving to afford a dozen of them.
